Michelle’s first career involved a variety of roles: firstly working with Qantas whilst undertaking her Marketing and Management degree; then took on a consulting role with DDI Asia Pacific in Melbourne; and was approached to re-vitalise the Kimberley region to create a better future.
Michelle then worked in esteemed universities to increase the participation in Leadership Programs. After years of considerable success, she was presented with the opportunity to become Partnership and Program Manager at Curtin University Centre for Entrepreneurship. Michelle has consistently displayed an impressive willpower and willingness to take on new challenges.
Michelle’s third career began when she co-founded Engine Room Business Innovation. Her dynamic entrepreneurial flare was now unleashed – as she has a passion for delivering leadership development programs that are future focused but relevant now!
Her energetic and positive coaching style allows her to identify strengths that help individuals reach their full potential. Michelle also has an eye for innovative strategies for external and internal clients – making her an invaluable asset for any organisation looking to grow.

Glenn’s first career was Air Force – which included roles as Engineer, Pilot, Squadron Leader, and Change Leader. After 13 years Glenn transitioned to the commercial world to pursue a new career as a management consultant.
The next four years involved working within corporate to facilitate major change initiatives. However, due to a desire to work on more dynamic change opportunities, Glenn began focussing on facilitating and mentoring entrepreneurs and business owners. This drew him to having a close affiliation with the Curtin University Centre for Entrepreneurship, and consequently during the next 20 year period, Glenn operated as a facilitator, mentor and chair of the Syndicates Advisory Board working with over 1,500 entrepreneurs/business owners.
Glenn then embarked on his third career when co-founding Engine Room Business Innovation – which enabled him to synthesise his life’s learnings into designing and delivering programs for Change Agents and Change Leaders. He also mentors business owners to apply their learning to develop a high-performing leadership team and transform their business.
