Invest in your managers
Talk with Michelle about the right participants, your business priorities and what you want their development to change.
Managers, team leaders and potential leaders who have the opportunity to apply their learning at work. Engine Room primarily works with growing, privately owned or owner-led businesses, typically with 50 or more employees. We will discuss suitability based on each person’s responsibilities and development needs.
Each participant receives six individual two-hour coaching sessions. These combine reflection, behavioural development, BIP or PDP progress and the person’s own management challenges. Up to four additional hours are available according to need, by agreement during the program. Coaching supports application across the journey; it is not a separate two-hour appointment after every workshop.
The BIP or PDP should connect to a relevant workplace priority. It still requires protected time for application, reflection and preparation. The participant, sponsor and coach help keep its scope realistic and focused on useful progress.
Change Agent develops how managers lead themselves, their people and workplace improvement.
